3. SMS / TEXT MESSAGE PRIVACY

SMS messages may include information regarding new Tedsmooth remix releases, mixtapes, exclusive music drops, merchandise, special offers, promotions, event announcements, and other Remix Hub news.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

The Remix Hub's existing Terms currently identify PayPal as its payment processor.

The Remix Hub does not necessarily receive or store complete payment-card information processed directly by third-party payment providers.
